WHAT:        My Medicaid Matters Kickoff A grassroots, statewide initiative of more than 100 groups launches

WHO:        Representatives of the ARC of Texas, ADAPT of Texas, and up to 100 other agencies and organizations in the campaign

 

WHY:        Congress and the Texas Legislature are weighing changes to Medicaid, a program 3.5 million Texans rely on and which is crucial to our state economy and health care system:

  1. Learn about the new grassroots initiative seeking to bring the stories of Texans who benefit from Medicaid to the forefront
  2. Receive details about the 102 agencies fueling My Medicaid Matters in Texas
  3. Hear about the economic impact of Medicaid for the state
